Data Deletion Instructions

1. Whose data is it?

There are two kinds of data in VOLTR: VOLTR's own data (website, demo requests, accounts) and data that our customers, the companies using VOLTR, hold about their own customers. For the latter, the relevant company decides on deletion; we help carry it out.

2. User account

• Your company's administrator can delete your account from the Users screen.
• Or write to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account; we delete the account after verifying your identity.

3. Company account and all data

An authorized person of the company writes to [email protected]. The company is first deactivated (users cannot sign in and open sessions are closed), then the company's database is permanently deleted together with all module data. You can export your data before deletion.

4. Live chat visitors

• If you chatted on a website, send your deletion request to the company that runs that website. The company can export and delete your visitor record: conversations, attachments and personal fields (name, email, phone, IP address, form answers, pages visited) are deleted; metrics that identify no one (waiting time, rating) remain for reporting.
• This data is deleted automatically when the retention period set by the company expires.
• If you send your request to us, we forward it to the relevant company. For the chat on VOLTR's own website (voltr.cc), write directly to [email protected].

5. WhatsApp and Telegram

If you wrote to a company that uses VOLTR via WhatsApp or Telegram, contact that company to have your data deleted, or send your WhatsApp number or Telegram username and the name of the company you wrote to, to [email protected]; we carry out the request together with the company. Copies held in Meta's and Telegram's own systems are subject to their policies.

6. Demo requests

To have the information you sent via our website form deleted, write to [email protected] from the email address you used in the form.

7. Timing and scope

We conclude requests within 30 days at the latest. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Records subject to a legal retention obligation are kept until that period ends and then deleted.
