An outbound-first call center that works with any PBX brand
Agents never type numbers; they move through the records assigned to them and place calls from the browser. Works with Asterisk (including FreePBX/Issabel), 3CX and Twilio drivers, or with a manual flow and no PBX at all.
Features
One flow from campaign to report
List import, dialing mode, agent screen, queues, quality and reports in one module; each area is its own permission group.
Campaigns and call lists
Import lists from CSV (with column mapping and preview). Dialing modes: manual, preview, progressive and predictive. The legal calling window and abandon-rate limit are campaign settings.
Agent workspace
Agents never type numbers; they move through the records assigned to them. Call outcome codes, break codes, scheduled callbacks and their own follow-up list are on the same screen.
Calls from the browser
With the WebRTC softphone the conversation runs inside the panel; no separate phone app is needed. Answer and hang-up come from real SIP events.
PBX-independent
Drivers for Asterisk (including FreePBX/Issabel), 3CX and Twilio. Only the central administrator connects the PBX; credentials are encrypted and never returned in responses. Without a PBX it runs with a manual flow.
Queues and skills
Inbound call queues: distribution strategy, service level target, wait limit, overflow queue, after-hours routing and skill-based distribution.
Do not call and consents
Do-not-call list and commercial calling consents; blocked records are removed from the campaign with the reason. Manual dialing can't bypass the list either.
Live board and quality
Open calls and indicators in real time; listen, whisper and barge-in if the PBX supports them. Weighted quality forms and evaluations.
Privacy-aware call recording
Every access to a recording needs its own permission and is logged. When the retention period ends the file is deleted and the call record stays.
Reports
Queue, agent, campaign, break and hourly reports for any date range.
PBX
PBX-independent: Asterisk, 3CX, Twilio or none
The call center isn't tied to a PBX brand. Only the central administrator (Super Admin) connects the PBX; credentials are encrypted and never returned in responses. Each driver's capabilities depend on its configuration; unsupported buttons simply don't appear.
Asterisk
Asterisk-based PBXs, including FreePBX and Issabel.
3CX
3CX PBX driver.
Twilio
Calling through Twilio.
Manual (no PBX)
The default flow. Calls are logged in the panel and placed from the agent's own phone; a PBX can be connected centrally later.
- Agents place calls from the browser: the WebRTC softphone is inside the panel, no separate phone app is needed.
- The customer's number can be fully hidden by role or person; calls are placed from the record and the server passes the number to the PBX.
- Listen, whisper and barge-in are available if the PBX supports them.
Inbound calls
Queues and skill-based distribution
Inbound call queues are managed at the definition level: strategy, service level target, wait limit, overflow and after-hours routing.
- Distribution strategy and service level target are queue settings.
- When the wait limit is exceeded, the call moves to the overflow queue.
- After-hours routing is defined per queue.
- Skill-based distribution: the call goes to an agent with the skill.
